A very gracious man and very sincere. He looks you right in the eye, remembers your name ad talks to you very personally. I appreciate the amount of extra time he takes to explain things to you. As you get older, you’re treated a little differently from the medical field, normally, and I don’t find that with Dr. Lee. He goes out of his way to look after your overall health as it relates to dentistry. He puts in the extra effort. You don’t have to push yourself into that as you do as you get older.

Well, I’ve known Dr. Lee for a long time. In my younger days raising a family, I spent quite a bit of time going from dentist to dentist trying to find a dentist that, you know, met my standards, and did good work, and was polite, friendly, competent. And I ran across Dr. Lee at a dental place that he, I think started working at originally, so I’ve known him for probably 30 years. And I just followed him because he’s a good dentist, and he does really good work, and it’s painless, and so that’s why I still come here, you know, after all the years.

Well, it’s just a very comfortable place to come. I think the physical environment is very welcoming and clean and very, very nicely decorated. The staff here, very nice and the dentist is extraordinary and I think he’s very, very good at what he does.

I was grinding at night. I had a lot of massive headaches and he was able to get me a night piece to wear at night, but it grew worse and he was able to refer me out to one of his partners because it was just really bad and he wasn’t able to… he could only take it so far. So he did what he had to do and was able to assist me. But then I needed to see a specialist because my jaw was kind of dislocated. When I’m here or if I’m having work done, it’s already noted in my file so taking breaks when he’s working in my mouth. I can’t have my mouth open for too long because it could lock. Just making me feel comfortable and giving me breaks to exercise the jaw.

He is patient, listens to all of your concerns and cares deeply about his patients. It is hard to find a practice these days that checks all the boxes, but this one does not disappoint.
