  • TMJ Treatment – If nagging jaw pain and popping are making your life miserable, we can have a custom oral appliance made that will relieve tension on your jaw joints.

We Can Treat Any Type of Dental Disaster

Patients come to our office with all sorts of problems. Some of them are worse than others; however, we provide the same level of excellent care to each patient, no matter their need. If you’re in pain, we consider it an oral emergency, and we’ll do our best to stop your pain and get your smile back into shape. Below are some common dental emergencies and steps you should take before you’re seen in our office:

  • Toothache – A toothache can be a sign of something more serious than just a cavity, so be sure to make an appointment with us as soon as possible. Apply ice or a cold compress to the outside of your cheek to help ease your discomfort.
  • Broken Tooth – Collect any pieces of your tooth and bring them to your appointment. An ice pack will help with pain and swelling in the meantime.
  • Knocked-Out Tooth – Be careful to only touch the tooth by the crown (white part). Put it in a container of salt water, milk, or saliva and bring it to our office. We may be able to reattach it. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever if needed.
  • Loose Crown – Use dental cement or toothpaste to reattach the crown if possible. Else, be sure to bring it when you come into the office.
  • Soft Tissue Injury – Use gauze or a moist tea bag to stop any bleeding. If the bleeding doesn’t stop in a few minutes, go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care center.
